The Holiday House with Art Studio is an excellent place for art groups to come and create art and relax.It is also an ideal place for families who like to be on their own in quiet surroundings.
The house can comfortably sleep seven people. However, if needed there is a hide-a-bed in the living room for two more people.The inspiration for the new colours came from a gorgeous daffodil painting by Canadian artist, Madeleine Lemire. The Holiday House is conveniently located half an hour from the Cypress Hills Park and
Eastend. Consul, where you can buy groceries, is only 20 minutes away.
The studio-house has:
Four bedrooms (sleeps 7) (plus a hide-a-bed for 2 more people if needed):three bedrooms have twin beds and the middle bedroom (in photo) has a double bed;
Three bathrooms: one ensuite half bath, one three piece and one four piece;
Large studio/living room;
Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave and small appliances;
Complete laundry room with a utility sink for cleaning art equipment;
Full basement (which can be used for construction of frames etc)
Two fireplaces (one up; one down);
Air conditioning;
Satellite TV and about two dozen videos;
Children's swing set; and
If the grasshoppers haven't eaten it, a garden with strawberries and rhubarb.
Rent is $300 per week for one to four people. Each additional
person is $50 per week. Included in the price of the rent are cleaning
services once a week and linen.
