Antelope Springs Ranch

and the Farm House Gallery are located on the Taylor's ranch just north of Old Man on His Back. Antelope Springs Ranch has 8500 acres of
native mixed-grass and farm land. All the farm land is being seeded back to both crested wheat
grass and native grass. This reseeding project should be completed in
2007.Cattle are raised on this ranch. Calving takes place in April and May.
Antelope Springs Ranch is an holistically managed business which sustains the
well-being of our family and land.
Ducks Unlimited did a study here in 2003. The Nature Conservancy of Canada holds our conservation easements. This means we work together to improve the land and therefore the habitats of grasslands birds, ducks, antelope and deer.
Nature Conservancy's baseline study of the health of the ranch's grasslands lists seven rare plant species, one which is tumbling grass.
